When I try to login/register I get an error?
If you receive a login error, here is how you can troubleshoot.
- Make sure you have allowed Raketu through your firewall. To configure your firewall settings click here.
- Make sure you have correct password, if you do not remember password, for password reset. Please contact: support@raketu.com, on subject line mention forgot password or password reset.
- If you use proxy, in login window click on "more..>>" and check the box next to "Use proxy" and "use IE settings", enter your rakID and password and login. See picture below.
- If you are still experiencing login problems, contact our support: support@raketu.com Let us know what OS (Operating system) are you running, what internet connection you use and what firewall do you have installed.
