voicemail

My friend hears my voicemail even if I canceled RakWeb call?


  • I initiated a RakWeb call using my mobile and then I hang-up using a cancel/red key on my mobile phone.
  • My friend still receives the call and when he/she picks up they hear my voicemail and I get charged.


    • This is due to the fact that you did not really hang-up. If you don’t pickup, the cancel button on mobile phones is button to ignore the call and it turns the call to voicemail. In order to cancel RakWeb calls you have to first answer the call and then hang-up.
