first time dialed

Call doesn’t go through the first time dialed?

Sometimes you might experience that your call doesn’t go through the first time you dial. This happens to all the softphone programs because the call must make a route for itself before it actually is connected to the destination. So just try to dial again. To avoid typing the phone number repeatedly, just add a phone contact (Edit->add phone contact) to your list. It appears as a blue boy in your contact list, then just double click to dial.
