All circuits are busy message?

It can happen that you will dial the number and you will hear the message: “your call did not go through; all circuits in the country you are calling are busy”. This is not Raketu’s error. This is because the telephone lines Raketu connects to ( land line/mobile) are overloaded. It has been happening more and more as softphones allow us to make affordable calls - more people make more calls around the world and the existing lines become overloaded.
