When I try to login/register I get an error?

If you receive a login error, here is how you can troubleshoot.

1. Make sure you have allowed Raketu through your firewall. To configure your firewall settings click here.
2. Make sure you have correct password, if you do not remember password, for password reset. Please contact: support@raketu.com, on subject line mention forgot password or password reset.
3. If you use proxy, in login window click on "more..>>" and check the box next to "Use proxy" and "use IE settings", enter your rakID and password and login. See picture below.
4. If you are still experiencing login problems, contact our support: support@raketu.com Let us know what OS (Operating system) are you running, what internet connection you use and what firewall do you have installed.
