How does it work when making a RakWeb call with my mobile phone

This new Raketu Windows Mobile web application will allow you to make international calls (free or at Raketu’s ultra-low cost), send SMS and email.

How to get it: Raketu’s new Windows Mobile Application is entirely web-based and does not require any download. Just sign up for Raketu and access the service via your Windows Mobile web browser at:

RakOut calls - device to phone with RakSIP settings using data plan or WiFi.

RakOut calls are different from RakWeb calls. RakOut calls will allow you to make a call directly from your mobile device to the phone. RakOut calls with RakSIP settings will allow you to make calls using data plan or WiFi only.

How to setup your Win Mobile with RakSIP settings:

1. Activate RakSIP settings, click here for details.



2. On your Win Mobile phone find SIP software. If you do not see it, just download any SIP software for Win Mobile OS. For example you can use SJ Phone (CE .cab for pocket PC ) version, it is free to downlaod.
   



3. After you have RakSIP settings, start to configure your SIP software on your Win Mobile phone with RakSIP settings.



4. After the SIP software is downloaded it will open on: create new profile or click on the SJ Phone icon->Menu->Options->Profiles->New. Type in Profile Name and select Profile Type. Click OK
   



5. In the bottom of this screen click SIP Proxy:
   



6. Enter RakSIP Proxy settings, Click OK:
   



7. Enter Account and RakSIP Password, Click OK:
   



8. Highlight Raketu account and click: Use, then Click OK
   



9. Make a call.
