You can activate only 1 calling plan per month*. New calling plan can be activated after current calling plan expired.

After you receive credits to your Raketu account, you CAN activate calling plan. You do not have to activate calling plan, in that case you will be charged based on usage per minute.

Calls to any location - no activation of calling plan, pay by minute, rates

*per month *per year means "a month" or "a year" from the activation date. If you activate a calling plan on July 29 you have till August 29 to use it. You can activate new calling plan only after your current calling plan expired.

**RakIN includes: unlimited incoming calls, voice mail, RakSIP settings, calls from RakIN to RakIN are unlimited and free

*** RakWeb calls and free minutes: When calling RakWeb style, Raketu initiates 2 calls. One call to your phone and one call to your friend's phone. If both numbers are in the free zones, free minutes will apply to both parts of the call. If only one number is in the free zones, this part of the call will be counted against the free minutes and the other part of the call will be paid for based on the rate tables.

How calling plan works

EXAMPLE: You purchase $9.95 credits. Then you activate 1000 minutes, which cost $2.95. Your Raketu account balance is now $7. This balance will only be used if you make a calls outside of free calling zones, or you activate new calling plan or purchase other Raketu paid services.

How to activate calling plans:

1. Make sure you have enough credits to cover plan you selected. If you do not have enough please purchase Raketu credits first.
2. Activate from Website:
   Login to Raketu website and you will see a link on the top of the page: "Signup/Activate Unlimited and other Calling Plans" This link can also be found on Raketu’s payment page

Activate from Raketu program:
Click on "services" in the main tab to open activation window.

3. Choose calling plan you like and activate it.

Unlimited calling

Unlimited* calling to locations in 35 countries around the world (Raketu free zones) $9.95 per month. Users will be able to make pc-to-phone (RakOut) calls and phone-to-phone (RakWeb) calls, and can access the Raketu services from a desktop or mobile device.

*Unlimited calling: all calls are subject to Raketu’s fair usage policy which is set at 6,000 minutes per month (100 hours per months) for pc-to-phone calls, or 3,000 minutes per month for phone-to-phone calls. Calls to locations outside of Raketu’s free calling zones are excluded.

Media Drive

Take pictures or video with your mobile phone, save the media file on Raketu Media Drive and share it with friends anywhere in the world instantaneously. You can share the media file with your friends inside Raketu or outside of Raketu community. You have the choice to keep these media files private or make them public. Media Drive - 1MB of storage is free from Raketu.

Fair Usage Policy

RakOut calls, RakWeb calls, RakSMS calls, RakSIP calls, Click-to-CallMe and WebPhone calls are included in your subscription subject to a fair usage limit of 6,000 minutes per user per month. If your subscription includes more than one country, then this is the total amount of minutes allowed per month on your account, and is not a separate limit for each country. Once this limit is exceeded Raketu will charge normal RakOut/RakWeb rates for any additional minutes used. Subscriptions are for individual use only. Each subscription is to be used by one person only and is not to be shared with any other user (whether via a ATA, SIP device/software, call centre, computer or any other means).

Raketu reserves the right to change this fair usage policy at any time. Changes shall become effective within thirty (30) days of publication of the revised version on www.Raketu.com. Your continued use of your subscription after expiry of the 30-day period shall constitute your acceptance to be bound by the terms and conditions of the revised fair usage policy.
