How come when I click on the download Windows says that Raketu-install.exe is not a valid win32 program?

• After you download Raketu-install.exe, you may encounter a Microsoft generated error stating that the downloaded program is not a valid win32 application - this is not the case. To fix this, right mouse click over the file and select Properties from the popup menu. From the properties (near the bottom) select UNBLOCK this file, save the changes, and proceed with the installation by double-clicking on the file.
