When contacting support, please answer these questions:
  1. What is your RakID?
  2. What is the problem, please describe in details, send us error messages if you see any.
  3. What kind of call are you making Rak-Rak, RakOut, RakWeb, RakSMS, RakIn or RakSIP?
  • If problem with Rak-Rak calling: what is your OS, what is your firewall?
  • If problem with RakOut calling: are you calling from Raketu program or web? What is your browser, what is your OS, how many seconds does the counter count before it stops?
  • If problem with RakWeb calling: what is the full phone number you have problem with?
  • Send us call log of the calls you experienced a problem with: login to Raketu website. Under the avatar click on link “call records”. From the call records cut and paste all information about the call and email to us.


  • Make sure you did setup audio in Raketu. Make sure you are dialing correctly!
