When contacting support, please answer these questions:

What is your RakID?
What is the problem, please describe in details, send us error messages if you see any.
What kind of call are you making Rak-Rak, RakOut, RakWeb, RakSMS, RakIn or RakSIP?

If problem with Rak-Rak calling: what is your OS, what is your firewall?

If problem with RakOut calling: are you calling from Raketu program or web? What is your browser, what is your OS, how many seconds does the counter count before it stops?

If problem with RakWeb calling: what is the full phone number you have problem with?

Send us call log of the calls you experienced a problem with: login to Raketu website. Under the avatar click on link “call records”. From the call records cut and paste all information about the call and email to us.

Make sure you did setup audio in Raketu. Make sure you are dialing correctly!
